Treatment program for emotionally disturbed children

The department shall establish a program for the intensive treatment of emotionally disturbed children. The program shall be operated by the Mendota Mental Health Institute
and be subject to all federal and state laws, rules, and regulations
that apply to the institute. Operational planning shall provide
close interrelationship between the department and the University of Wisconsin Medical School for conduct of educational and
research programs.
