Wisconsin Code § 35.265

State budget, copies

The governor may issue not
to exceed 1,000 copies of the state budget report and as many
copies of the budget report in brief as the governor determines to
be necessary. The cost of these reports shall be charged to the department. After making the required distribution of the state
budget report to the executive and legislative agencies and members of the legislature, the remaining copies may be sold to individuals at a price which does not exceed the costs per copy of
printing, postage and handling. Revenues collected by the department under this section shall be deposited in the general fund.
