Extended supervision conditions for sex offenders

(1) In this section:
(a) “Serious sex offense” means a violation of s. 940.225 (1)
or (2), 948.02 (1) or (2), 948.025, 948.06, 948.07, or 948.072 or
a solicitation, conspiracy, or attempt to commit a violation of s.
940.225 (1) or (2), 948.02 (1) or (2), 948.025, 948.06, 948.07,
948.072, or 948.085.
(b) “Sex offender” means a person serving a sentence for a serious sex offense.
(2) As a condition of extended supervision, a sex offender
shall live in a residence that the department has approved.
