Identification of ordinary high-water mark by town sanitary district

A town sanitary district may identify
the ordinary high-water mark of a lake that lies wholly within unincorporated territory and wholly within the town sanitary district. The department may not identify an ordinary high-water
mark of a lake that is different than the ordinary high-water mark
identified by a town sanitary district under this section.
