(1) There is established under the jurisdiction and control of the authority a revolving fund to be known as the “housing development fund”. (2) There shall be paid into the housing development fund: (a) Any moneys which the authority receives as interest on or in repayment of temporary loans made from the housing development fund; (b) Any moneys transferred by the authority to the housing development fund from other funds or sources; and (c) Any other moneys which may be made available to the authority for the purpose of the housing development fund from any other source.
