(1) JURISDICTION ON APPEAL. Appeal may
be taken by either party. On appeal from the circuit court, the appeal is to the court of appeals.
(2) STAY OF EXECUTION. The amount of undertaking required to stay execution on appeal shall not exceed the amount of
the maximum forfeiture, plus costs, fees, and surcharges imposed
under ch. 814.
(3) PROCEDURE ON APPEAL. An appeal to the court of appeals shall be in accordance with chs. 808 and 809.
