Wisconsin Code § 23.0951

Wildlife action plan

The department may prepare
a state wildlife action plan that identifies which native wildlife
species with low or declining populations are most at risk and
provides guidance for activities to conserve those species. The
plan may not require action by property owners or the department. The department may not require that the plan be used as
guidance on official department forms.
