Football stadium facility maintenance and operating cost fund

(1) The district board shall establish a
fund into which it deposits all of the revenue received from the
department of revenue, that is derived from the revenue from engraved brick or tile sales under s. 229.824 (19), the revenue received from the department of transportation under s. 85.605, the
deposit made pursuant to s. 229.8245 (2) (e) and an amount equal
to the amount deposited into the fund under s. 229.825 (2) (d) 2.
and (e) 2., and may use this revenue only to pay the maintenance
and operating costs of the football stadium facilities. The district
may not deposit any other moneys into the fund, except that the
district shall credit all earnings on the revenues in the fund to the
fund.
(2) Beginning in the 3rd year that occurs immediately after
the year in which the tax is first imposed under s. 77.706, the following amounts in the following order, plus the amount specified
in s. 229.825 (2) (b), shall be used to pay the maintenance and operating costs of the football stadium facilities:
(a) The deposit made pursuant to s. 229.8245 (2) (e) in that
year.
(c) The revenue received from engraved brick or tile sales under s. 229.824 (19) in that year.
(d) The revenue received from the department of transportation under s. 85.605 in that year.
