Circuit courts

There is appropriated to the director
of state courts for the following programs:
(1) COURT OPERATIONS. (a) Circuit courts. A sum sufficient for salaries and expenses of the judges, reporters and assistant reporters of the circuit courts.
(b) Permanent reserve judges. The amounts in the schedule
for reimbursement of permanent reserve judges under s. 753.075
(3) (b).
(cg) Circuit court costs. Biennially, the amounts in the schedule to make payments to counties for circuit court costs under s.
758.19 (5).
(g) Sale of materials and services. All moneys received, other
than from state agencies, by circuit courts from the sale of materials or services, for general program operations of the circuit
courts.
(h) Certificates of qualification for employment. All moneys
received under s. 973.25 (4) (a) for general program operations of
the circuit courts.
(k) Court interpreters. The amounts in the schedule to pay interpreter fees reimbursed under s. 758.19. All moneys transferred
from the appropriation account under s. 20.455 (2) (i) 16. shall be
credited to this appropriation account. Notwithstanding s. 20.001
(3) (a), the unencumbered balance on June 30 of each year shall
be transferred to the appropriation account under s. 20.455 (2) (i).
(m) Federal aid. All federal moneys received as authorized
under s. 16.54 to carry out the purposes for which made and
received.
