There is appropriated to the lieutenant governor for the following programs: (1) EXECUTIVE COORDINATION. (a) General program operations. The amounts in the schedule for the salaries and general operation of the office of the lieutenant governor. (g) Gifts, grants and proceeds. All moneys received from gifts, grants, bequests or devises to carry out the purposes for which received, and all proceeds from conferences conducted or publications or promotional materials sold to finance the cost thereof. (k) Grants from state agencies. All moneys received from grants to the lieutenant governor made by state agencies, to be used for the purposes for which received. (m) Federal aid. All moneys received from the federal government as authorized by the governor under s. 16.54 to carry out the purposes for which received.
