Wisconsin Code § 193.553

Voting rights limited to members as of date certain

The board may establish a date for the determination of
membership interests entitled to notice of and entitled to vote at a
members’ meeting. The date established by the board may not be
more than 60 days before the date of the meeting. If a date is established under this subsection, only members as of that date are
entitled to notice of and may vote at that meeting.
