Wisconsin Code § 19.77

Summary of case law and attorney general opinions

Annually, the attorney general shall summarize case
law and attorney general opinions relating to due process and
other legal issues involving the collection, maintenance, use, provision of access to, sharing or archiving of personally identifiable
information by authorities. The attorney general shall provide
the summary, at no charge, to interested persons.
