Corporations having church affiliations

Whenever any corporation shall be formed for the benefit of, or
be in any manner connected with, any church or religious denomination or society, its articles of organization may provide that it
shall be under the supervision and control of such church, denomination or society; and that the officers or trustees be communicants thereof.
