State aid recipients’ accounting

Every association, society, institute or other organization that receives aid in
any form through appropriations from the state shall report to the
department in August of each year. Such annual report shall contain a detailed statement of all receipts and expenditures of such
association, society, institute or organization for the fiscal year

concluded on the preceding June 30, and such portions as are of
special importance may be published in the biennial report of the
department under s. 15.04 (1) (d).
