Fund transfers relating to tobacco settlement agreement

(1) In this section, “tobacco settlement agreement” means the Attorneys General Master Tobacco Settlement
Agreement of November 23, 1998.
(4) If the state has not received in fiscal year 2002-03 at least
$15,345,100 under the tobacco settlement agreement, because
the secretary, under s. 16.63, has sold the state’s right to receive
any of the payments under the tobacco settlement agreement, the
secretary shall transfer from the general fund to the tobacco control fund an amount equal to $15,345,100 less any payments received under the tobacco settlement agreement and deposited in
the tobacco control fund in that fiscal year.
