Records and documents; executive privy seal

(1) The private secretary to the governor, for purposes of authentication, is custodian of the public records and documents in the
office of the governor.
(2) The executive privy seal, a written description of which is
deposited in the office of the secretary of state, is the seal of the
private secretary to the governor, with which all the private secretary’s official certificates shall be authenticated.
