Financial reports to employees

Every person
acting as the representative of employees for collective bargaining
shall keep an adequate record of its financial transactions and
shall present annually to each member within 60 days after the
end of its fiscal year a detailed written financial report thereof in
the form of a balance sheet and an operating statement. In the
event of failure of compliance with this section, any member may
petition the commission for an order compelling such compliance. An order of the commission on such petition shall be enforceable in the same manner as other orders of the commission
under this subchapter.
