(1) The department shall collect information concerning local labor markets and periodically prepare reports dealing with labor forces at a local level in this state for general circulation. (2) The collection and distribution of local labor market information under sub. (1) shall be funded only from the appropriations under s. 20.445 (1) (m) and (n).
