Voluntary direct deposits by county treasurer of salaries of employees to

banks or other financial institutions.
Any officer or employee of a county of West Virginia may authorize that his net wages be
deposited directly to his account in any bank or other financial institution within this state.
The direct deposits may be authorized on a form provided by the county. Upon execution of
such authorization and its receipt by the county treasurer, the direct deposiets shall be made
in the manner specified on the form and remitted to the designated bank or other financial
institution on or before the day or days the officer or employee is due hris net wages. Direct
deposit authorizations may be revoked at any time thirty days prior to the date on which the
direct deposit is regularly made and on a form to be provided by the county treasurer.
