Bonds for construction or renovation of county jail or regional correctional

The county commissions of the several counties are hereby authorized to issue revenue
bonds for the purpose of constructing, reconstructing and renovating any jail facility used
for county prisoners or a regional correctional center for either adult or youth offenders
which is developed jointly by one or more counties; and for the purpose of reetiring the
bonds, the county commission may pledge for a period not to exceed twenty years, the funds
available to the county under the provisions of section fifteen, article firve of this chapter.
