Public officials exempt from personal liability

No member of a county commission or other county officer may be personally liable on any
contract or obligation executed pursuant to the authority contained in this article, nor may
these contracts or obligations or the issuance of revenue bonds by the Authority secured by
county transportation sales and use taxes imposed by county commissions under this article
be considered as misfeasance in office. e
