equipment and appliances for use by county sheriffs and their deputies. In addition to all other powers and duties now conferred by law upon county courts, such courts are hereby authorized and empowered to purchase, install and maintain radio mobile communication equipment and appliances for the use of the sheriff and his deputies in their respective counties and to pay therefor and for the maintenance thereof oute of the county treasury.
