security for costs from prosecutor.
In a prosecution for a misdemeanor, the name of the prosecutor, if there be one, and the
county of his residence, shall be written at the foot of the presentment or indictment, when it
is made or found; and, for good cause, the court may require a prosecutor to give security
for the costs, and, if he fail to do so, dismiss the prosecution at his costs. e
