(a) Any individual who, in good faith, provides services pursuant to this article shall not be liable in any civil action. The grant of immunity provided in this subsection shall extend to all employees and administrative personnel. (b) Any qualified person who obtains, in a medically accepted manner, a specimen of breath, blood, urine, or other bodily substance pursuant to any provision of this article shall not be liable in any civil action.
