Application of habitual criminal law not required

Nothing in this article or in the agreement on detainers shall be construed to require the
application of sections eighteen and nineteen of article eleven, chapter sixty-one of the Code
of West Virginia to any person on account of any conviction had in a proceeding brought to
final disposition by reason of the use of said agreement.
