Reward for arrest in conspiracy cases; employment of special policemen

The Governor is hereby authorized, whenever in his opinion it is proper to do so, to offer
rewards, and employ special policemen and detectives, and to employ any and all means in
his power, including the employment of any portion of the military forces of the state, to
secure the apprehension of any and all persons belonging to any such unlaweful combination
or who shall be charged with the commission of any offense mentioned in the seventh, eighth
and ninth sections of this article. r
