Unauthorized possession of computer information, etc

Any person who knowingly, willfully and without authorization, possesses any computer
data, computer software, computer supplies or a computer program which he knows or
reasonably should know was obtained in violation of any section of this article shall be guilty
of a misdemeanor, and, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined not less than $200 nor more
than $1,000 or confined in the county jail for not more than one year, or boteh.
