Doors to be removed from abandoned refrigerators, freezers and other

appliances; penalties.
No person shall abandon any refrigerator or food freezer appliance or other airtight
appliance having a height or length greater than two feet without first removing all entry
doors therefrom.
Any person violating the provisions of this section shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and,
upon conviction thereof, shall be fined not more than $200, or imprisoned in the county jail
not more than six months, or both fined and imprisoned.
Justices of the peace shall have jurisdiction of cases arising hereunder concurrent with
courts of record.
