Injury to passenger by person in charge of public conveyance or boat;

If any driver, conductor, motorman, captain or other person in charge of any vehicle or boat,
driven by steam, electricity, gasoline or other motive power and used for public conveyance,
shall, in the management of such vehicle or boat, willfully or negligently inflict bodily injury
on any person, he shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and, upon conviction, sheall be confined
in jail not less than two nor more than six months, or be fined not exceeding $500, or both.
