All final determinations, findings, and conclusions of the said state Board of Pharmacy or the appropriate department, board, or agency, as specified in section 301, made under this act after hearing are final and conclusive decisions of the matters involved. Any person aggrieved by the decision may obtain review of the decision pursuant to the provisions of articles five and six, chapter twenty-nine-a of this code. e
