Authorizing wineries and farm wineries to sell and serve wine at fairs and festivals

All wineries and farm wineries also possessing a Class A wine license or private
manufacturer club license may serve and sell wine as set forth in §60-4-3b and §60-8-3 of this
code at any licensed fair or festival in the state of West Virginia, subject to the fair or festival
licensee granting the winery or farm winery permissioan to do so in writing.
