Sale in sealed, labeled packages required

All wines sold pursuant to this article, except that sold pursuant to the provisions by article
seven of this chapter, shall be sold only in sealed packages, bearing such seals and labels as
the commissioner may require. A manufacturer of wine offered for sale by any licensee shall
attach to each bottle a special label bearing an accurate description of the contents of the
bottle in such form and detail as the commissioner may require. e
