A licensed manufacturer who is licensed as a supplier of wine, as defined in this article, may sell such wines in this state only to the commissioner and to distributors as defined in this article. Such manufacturers may sell such wine outside of this state for use or resale outside this state. The provisions of this section shall not apply to farm wineries as defined by section five-a, article one of this chapter. e
