West Virginia Code § 60-4-14

Annual payment of license fee; effect of failure to pay

A person possessing a license issued under the provisions of this chapter shall pay the fee
annually on or before January 1, of each year. If the license fee is not paid on that day, the
license shall be automatically revoked, unless the commission shall, for good cause, grant an
extension in writing for not more than ten days.
