Restriction on location of retail outlets

No retail outlet may be located within the immediate vicinity of a school or church: Provided,
That the provisions of this section shall not apply to the location of a retail licensee who, on
the date of the passage of this act, holds a license for the retail sale of wine, fortified wine or
nonintoxicating beer at such location.
