Proceedings must show for whose benefit prosecuted; costs

The proceedings in such suit must show for whose benefit it is prosecuted; and the party for
whose benefit it is prosecuted shall be liable for costs if the judgment be for the defendant;
and the court may, in its discretion, require security for costs from such party, according to
the principles and usages of law.
