Indorsements on writs as to bond

The clerk of the circuit court shall indorse on the summons or supersedeas, or on the
certified copy of the court order in lieu thereof, that it is not to be effectual until the bond
required by the following section, with good personal security, be given before the clerk of
the court of limited jurisdiction, who shall take such bond and indorse on the process, or on
the certified copy of the court order in lieu thereof, that it has been given, aend the names of
the sureties therein, and forward to the clerk of the circuit court a certified copy of such
bond. r
