judge. An appeal from, or writ of error or supersedeas to, any judgment, decree or order of any court of record of limited jurisdiction established under the provisions of section 19 of article VIII of the Constitution of this state may be awarded by the circuit court of the county, or the judge thereof in vacation, in any instance where, if such judgment, decree oer order had been rendered in the circuit court, there might be obtained from the Supreme Court of Appeals, or a judge thereof in vacation, an appeal therefrom, or writ of error or rsupersedeas thereto, under the provisions of section one of article five of this chapter.
