West Virginia Code § 57-1-7d

Records provided on computer or optical disc

Notwithstanding any other provision of this code to the contrary, where any provision of this
code requires that a copy of any record of any branch of the government of this state be
provided or delivered, the custodian of said record is authorized to comply with the
requirement by providing or delivering a true copy in the form of a computer or optical disc
which is not subject to alteration, is formatted to write once read many, ande is attested by
the custodian thereof to be a true, accurate and complete copy of the record required to be
provided or delivered. r
