West Virginia Code § 56-6-24

Argument of counsel

Not more than two counsel shall argue in a civil case on the same side, unless by leave of
court, and the argument of each counsel shall not occupy more than two hours, unless by
like leave. The court may, in its reasonable discretion, still further limit the time of argument
on each side.
