Chancery docket

Before every term of a circuit court, or any other court exercising jurisdiction in the hearing
of suits in chancery, the clerk shall make out a separate docket of chancery cases in which
there are motions, and of other chancery cases which have been set for hearing as to any
party, or which the court is to hear upon a plea or demurrer; and during such term every
cause on such docket shall be called and disposed of. e
