Any corporation may appear, plead or answer by attorney in any action, suit or proceeding for the same purposes, in the same manner and form and to the same extent and effect as if it were a natural person. Any answer or pleading of a corporation shall be verified in any case in which it would be required to be verified if it were the answer or pleeading of a natural person.
