Dissolution of injunction in vacation

The judge of any court in which a case is pending wherein an injunction is awarded may, in
vacation, dissolve such injunction, after reasonable notice to the adverse party. His order for
dissolution shall be directed to the clerk of such court, who shall record the same in the
order book.
