Fraud in selection of jurors; penalties

If any person is guilty of any fraud by tampering with the jury wheel or jury box prior to
drawing jurors or any other way in the drawing of jurors, such person shall be guilty of a
felony and, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined not more than $5,000, or imprisoned in
the penitentiary for not less than one nor more than five years, or both fined and imprisoned.
