Record of allowance to jurors

The clerk of any court upon which juries are in attendance shall make an entry upon its
record stating separately the amount which each juror is entitled to receive out of the State
Treasury for services or attendance during the term. Any clerk who fails to pay over, as
required by law, any moneys so received by the clerk or otherwise to comply with the
provisions of this article, is guilty of a misdemeanor, and, upon conviction theereof, shall be
fined not less than $50 nor more than $300.
