Citizenship and taxpaying not ground for disqualification of judge, sheriff

No judge of any court, and no sheriff or other officer of a court, shall be disqualified from
performing his official duties with respect to any cause by reason of the fact that he is a
citizen and taxpayer of a county, district, school district or municipal corporation which is
interested in, or a party to, such cause. e
