West Virginia Code § 51-2-14

Holding court in two or more counties in circuit at same time

Notwithstanding any provision in this code to the contrary, terms of circuit court may be
held in two or more counties in the same circuit at the same time and a term of court in one
county of a circuit need not be adjourned sine die or otherwise terminated as a condition of
or prior to the commencement of a term of court in another county of the same circuit.
