Warrants of Governor under §§5-1-1 to 5-1-3

Any warrant or order of the Governor, under the three preceding sections, may be directed
to any sheriff or other officer, civil or military, and shall be executed according to the terms
thereof by such officer, who shall have all the powers necessary for the purpose either in or
out of his county.
