Enforcement of support orders

(a) Support orders may be enforced through any manner provided in chapters thirty-eight
and forty-eight of this code.
(b) An action for contempt for nonpayment of support may be brought by the Bureau for
Children and Families or Bureau for Child Support Enforcement; the child's physical
custodian; the child's guardian ad litem; or the prosecuting attorney.
