Notice of hearing for injunction; temporary injunction

Any such injunction may be granted upon proper hearing after notice. For good cause
shown, a temporary injunction may be issued after an ex parte proceeding with notice and
proper hearing for a permanent injunction to be held forthwith thereafter.
